1. Applicability
This User Guide is written for AusFleet V9.0
AusFleet's policy of continual product development means some functionality may differ in released versions of the software.
The guide is supplied in good faith but AusFleet is not responsible for direct or consequential loss caused by using them or any AusFleet products.
Please report errors and omissions to your Account Manager or AusFleet Help Desk.
2. Definitions
"Vehicle", "Item", "Asset" etc are used here for convenience to describe assets in AusFleet and represent any type of asset such as plant, equipment, cars, trucks etc.
"Odometer" is used for convenience to also include hour meters
"MMS" and "MMSB" refer to Make Model Series Body type
3. Using The Guide
This User Guide organises information by modules and by set up tasks.
Before contacting AusFleet Support please review the Frequently Asked Questions and relevant chapters to see if there is an answer to your question.
•Words in green E.g. Module>>Reference files>>Parameters indicates the topic location in AusFleet.
•Underlined words in blue are links to other pages

This User Guide is the property of Trisoft Corporation Pty Ltd.
A licence to access is granted to clients of Trisoft Corporation holding current and valid licence and support agreements.
Prior written consent from Trisoft Corporation is required prior to the following:
•Reproduction, dissemination or transmission in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, for any purpose.
•Sub-licensing, sale, modification, development, decompilation, recompilation or transfer of the files in whole or in part.
•Access by non-employees of the licensee, consultants or other third parties.
Printing and distribution of parts of the user guide within a licensed organisation is permitted for the purpose of user education.
5. Errors and Omissions
The User Manual is provided in good faith and care is taken to ensure contents are complete and updated in line with product development. However, Trisoft Corporation cannot be held responsible for loss as a result of errors or omissions in this User Guide.
Due to Trisoft's policy of continual product development, there may be discrepancies between individual user versions and the User Guide contents.
