1. What Are Templates?

Templates are pre-configured forms and emails generated by AusFleet. E.g. Pool car booking confirmations
AusFleet has a template editor to create and edit these standard forms.
Data from the database can be merged with standard text using "HTML Tags" E.g. Driver name, registration number, booking number etc.
The tags vary depending on the purpose of the template.

2. To Add a Tag
To use tags, place the cursor at the required position and then select the required tag from the drop down menu on the toolbar.
It will be placed at the position and add the related data from the database each time the template is used.
Remember - Leave a space between text and tags so that the form reproduces correctly when the data is loaded
Save your changes before exiting!
