1.  What is the Audit Trail?

It is a record of important changes made to records and transactions.  More record types are being added over time.

For example, cost centre transfers, part deletions from R&M jobs, job deletions, booking cancellations and more.

2.  How Can I Use the Audit Trail?

If you have a missing transaction or something has changed unexpectedly, review the audit trail to see if another person has made the change or deleted the record.

The number of events recorded in the audit trail can be very large so use the funnel icon on the columns to help locate the change you are investigating.

A good starting point is to filter the list for the relevant module or by using the data range filter.

If you know the transaction/record reference number E.g. job number, you can search for this in the Description.
