1. Changing an Assets Registration/Fleet No/Asset No/ Debtor/Cost Centre/Domain/Location

Fleet>> Transfers Tab

The following transfers are controlled due to the impact on invoicing, accruals etc.

•Registration

•Fleet number

•Asset number

•Debtor

•Cost Centre

•Domain

•Location

Select the transfer type required, enter new details and save.

Changes are recorded in More>>Audit Trail and in the Transfer Audit tab (see below)
