General Expenses

 

 

 

1.  Introduction

 

Before use, please review the module Set Up details.

 

General Expenses module allows ad hoc expenses to be recorded in AusFleet, particularly expenses not related to other modules.

E.g. Towing costs, Detailing, Parking fees

 

General Expenses can be used to record credit notes by entering a negative value and referencing the original supplier and invoice number.

 

Costs accrue to the fleet item and debtor selected.


 

2.  Adding a General Expense

Use the Quick Task Icon.  or enter the expense in Fleet>>General Expenses tab.
