Logging a Support Request
To request Support use the "Support" icon in the Quick Launch icon bar at the top of the main screen.

Complete the form as fully as possible. The Support team will contact you for further information and updates.
Help Desk or Support?
Support is generally related to software errors
•AusFleet support includes unlimited bug fixes at no additional cost
•The method you can use to submit support requests (phone/email/link) is determined by your chosen support level
•Our support team will investigate and respond in line with your support package and severity
•Logging support requests by email is not recommended as it may cause delays and/or incur charges.
Help Desk Service provides users with assistance and advice on using AusFleet
•All subscriptions include Help Desk service. The number of calls and/or time allowed at no additional cost varies based on your chosen support level
•User training - online and on-site - is available on a chargeable basis - ask your Account Manager for a quote
•We will seek your approval prior to providing chargeable training/assistance services
