480 - Default Workshop Supervisor (recipient for emails sent when a request is received)

1010:          "Fault Report Number" is mandatory in Job Requests

If ticked, the person submitting the request must enter a reference number.

This is designed for organisations that use Fault Report Forms and need to cross reference the Fault Report Number from the paper form to the AusFleet Request number.

3.1 For Drivers to Submit Requests via Driver Services Page

50.11 must be allocated to drivers.  It is a non-licensed user right, meaning it does not affect your licensed user count.

This option will be replaced by the Requests module in the AusFleet App from 2020. No user rights are required for the App.

 

3.2 For Administrators to Process Requests in AusFleet

 

50.12 to access the module and process Requests

50.1 to create R&M jobs

50.2 To edit R&M jobs
