1. What is the Dashboard?
The dashboard present statistics and charts compiled from data for all Domains across multiple modules.
It can be accessed using the Quick Task icon

Access requires User Right 300.
This is a licenced user right and anyone accessing the dashboard counts towards your Licensed User Count.
2. When is Dashboard Data Refreshed?
Data is updated automatically overnight ready for the next day.
The last full refresh time is shown at the top right of the screen.
Individual details or the entire dashboard can be refreshed at any time using the refresh icons. .png)
3. Important Note on Dashboard Statistics
The statistics combine results from all Domains.
When clicking on statistics in blue in the table on the left, you will be presented with results from the current, active Domain only, so the number of results may be different from that shown in the dashboard.
When the details are displayed in the respective module, change the Domain to "All" at the top right of the screen to see all results (requires all domain access).
