Bookings

 

 

 

1.  Making a Booking

 

Presentation will differ depending on the system (iOS or Android) and the device.

 

1.

Select "Bookings" using either icon or the left menu.

2.

Click

to add a new booking.

3.

Choose the type of vehicle you want to book and enter the booking dates/times.

 

Your organisation may need you to select the Booking Pool (e.g. a location, department or building) and destination.

4.

Review available vehicles and click "Select" to choose your preference.

 

Click "View Details" to see any applicable charges.

5.

Enter the additional details along with a reason for your booking in the comments area.

 

Details required/available will vary depending on your organisation's requirements.

6.

Review the booking details and click "Back" to change anything or "Confirm" to make the booking.


 

2.  Viewing and Cancelling Current and Past Bookings

 

After clicking on the Bookings Icon...

 

View bookings which have been approved but not yet started.

 

 

 

View bookings which have finished.

 

Closed: Booking had ended.

Cancelled: Not approved by your manager or cancelled by you or a fleet administrator.

View bookings which are awaiting your manager's approval.

 

 

 

View bookings which have commenced and not yet finished.

 

Depending on your organisation's requirements, you may need to click "Pick Up" and "Return" to confirm you have collected/returned the vehicle.

 

Cancelling a Booking

 

Only bookings with status "Booked" can be cancelled.

 

Open "Booked" List

Press on the booking

Press "Cancel Booking"

Your Driving Licence Needs Updating

 

You need a valid driving licence to make a booking.

 

If you receive this message when booking or in notifications, contact your fleet department or log on to AusFleet on your desktop to update your details.
