Odometer Summary

The most recent readings obtained from each source.
"Last odometer entry" is latest reading, not the highest.
This ensures incorrect readings are corrected by the next odometer entry.
Readings can be collected via a GPS interface to help maintain accurate odometers.

"Total Utilisation" = (Latest odo) - (Delivery odo)
If the meter has been replaced a message is displayed on this page and the column shows the total utilisation from both the old and new meters. See "Replacement Odometers" below

Add /Edit/Delete logs relating to the asset.
Logs can also be entered using the Quick Task icon or Logs module
Logs are important for FBT reporting and are validated to help ensure accuracy.

Total Odometer takes into account replaced odometers

When a meter is replaced the Total Utilisation is:
Utilisation from the old meter (final reading entered minus delivery odometer)

Utilisation on the new meter (latest reading minus start reading entered)
