1. Choosing What to See in Details Tab

Fleet>>Details Tab

For quick reference, each user can choose the fields displayed in this area from over 50 options.

On the Fleet sub-menu, click Settings. (Fleet>>Settings>>User Preference Fields)

Choose your preferred fields - the order they are ticked dictates the order they appear on screen.

The fields are also displayed in their default positions.

2. Viewing/Emailing Statistical Snapshot in Asset Dashboard

Fleet>>Dashboard Tab

This displays various charts and statistics derived from other modules.

3. Entering General Notes & Comments Against an Asset

Fleet>>Details>>Notes

Enter free type notes and when saved, the notes are stamped with:

•Date/time of initial creation

•User ID of the person creating the note

•Date/time of subsequent/last edit

•User ID of last person to edit the note

4. Adding Photos of Assets

Fleet>>Details>>Images

Upload picture files of the item to the gallery and tick one to display it in the main fleet list (if the "Image" column is chosen in Fleet>>Settings).

Accepts jpg, png and gif files up to 800 kb each.

5. Legacy and Superseded Fields No Longer Used

These fields will be phased out over time and should not be used.
